Delaware County, Pennsylvania Real Estate Blog: All Of Pennsylvania Now Open For Real Estate Business!!

All Of Pennsylvania Now Open For Real Estate Business!!

Well the real estate industry has just been given the Yellow Light here in Delaware County and all of the counties in Pennsylvania to start working again!! Hooray!

Delco OpenWe work mostly in Delaware County, which is next to Philadelphia County which has been one of the counties harder hit by Covid-19.

Real Estate was considered non-essential back in March, but is now given the go ahead to proceed.

At 3 pm yesterday Governor Wolf signed the paper that now allows Realtors® to go back to work with restrictions in place.

We will gladly do the necessary things like wearing protective gear and wiping down surfaces with disinfectants, as well as doing as many things via the internet to enable us to help Sellers and Buyers do what they need to do, which also helps us make a living.

We know this is the first step and a guarded step at that, and hopefully with all the precautions taken, there will not be a need to go back into the Red any time soon.

So if you are a Seller or Buyer in Delaware County or surrounding areas, know that we are ready and available to help you!

Still, Stay Safe.

Hope to hear from you soon!

My phone has been busy today with clients and realtors wanting to show properties. The guidelines issued are all very sensible recommendations to keep all safe.

Good morning, Gloria... we, too, were non-essential in Charlotte and our County for about 5 weeks... fortunately that order was lifted for us as of May 1st. I'm sure you're delighted that you can start functioning a bit more "normally" again.

Just got a listing up and running this morning. Sent a virtual tour of homes to buyers in Hawaii. And, June 1 two more listings go live. It feels good. Glad to hear doors are reopening in your state too. D

Gloria, what a ride it's been right?  Best of success for a great Spring business in Delaware County.  The pent up demand must be great.
