Hilltop Summit Condominiums and Townhouses - Brookhaven, PA

Hilltop Condominiums and The Summit, often referred to as Hilltop Summit, are two communities located in Brookhaven, Delaware County PA just behind the Plaza 352 Shopping Mall off of Edgmont Ave/Rt 352. Hilltop is the first community you encounter just behind the shopping center. The Summit is behind Hilltop. The two communities used to be governed by one association, but now they are under two separate associations.

Hilltop CondosConveniently located, Hilltop Summit is very close to a selection of grocery stores (Giant, ShopRite, Aldi's), a hardware store (Lowe's), a gym, local eateries, many more retail stores, and close to major highways and Public Transportation. SEPTA's bus route makes getting to and from Hilltop Summit an easy venture. There is a train stop just up the road in Middletown that goes into the city. Philadelphia is roughly 30 minutes north on 95 and even closer to the Philly Airport. The Delaware state line is very close, Atlantic City is roughly a one and a half hour drive east. Lancaster, Amish Country is roughly an hour's drive west, the Pocono's are roughly one and half hours north, with Washington DC and New York City, both roughly a two hour drive. All directions out of town offer day trips to interesting places.

The SummitThe units in Hilltop Summit range in size from one bedroom condominiums, with one full bathroom, one floor units, to two bedroom townhouses with one full bathroom and one or two powder rooms with a full basement.

The condominiums are spacious and have access to the outside either by a patio for the units on the ground level or by a balcony for the second and third floor units. There is a hallway closet that has plenty of room for a washer and dryer so your laundry can be done in the privacy of your own home.

The townhouses have a large living room, a spacious eat-in kitchen, a laundry room and powder room on the first floor. Some townhouses even have a fireplace. The second floor has two spacious bedrooms and one full bathroom. The basements are full sized basements and can easily be finished to become a family room or office.

All units are equipped with central air for those really hot summer days, and to cool down even more, all units are a short distance to the community pool.  Each unit has an assigned parking spot and there is ample parking for guests.

The Association fee covers many things like the maintenance of the exterior and common areas, use of the community pool, tennis courts and playground, and snow and trash removal. Owners do not have to shovel sidewalks and driveways or rake leaves in the fall. Just enjoy the trees for their beauty and be thankful for the ground keepers who shovel the driveway after a winter storm.

Hilltop Summit is located in the
Penn-Delco School District.

So if you are thinking of becoming a homeowner, or you are hoping to downsize or are just tired of doing yard work, consider moving to Hilltop Summit and enjoy everything these communities have to offer.
