First Signs Of Spring in Delaware County PA

Today I was driving through Swarthmore PA not far from our office and I saw a blaze of purple on the ground. Could it be already?  It was!  The first crocuses I have seen for the season.  I wonder why there and no where else?  It was a real treat!

Gloria Todor - What a gorgeous sight to behold! There's something very special about the first flowers that pop up in spring and the 2019 crocus you discovered are just beautiful!

May you continue to see great signs of spring and experience more sunshine and warmer weather.

Hi Gloria... no matter how much time it seems to take to arrive, the good news is that spring always does arrive. We, too, in Charlotte have been seeing first signs for a couple of weeks... mostly with the Bradford Pear trees blooming pink and white.

Good morning Gloria, Oh how very fresh and beautiful. I will see snow later and now it is 10 degrees in the Berkshires.

How nice to see Spring popping up somewhere. I too love the little flowers that surprise us as they return...thanks for sharing the photo, Gloria. D

Hi Gloria,
There are NO signs of Spring here yet but I trust it IS coming... eventually.

William Feela wow 2 more months.  Hope it is sooner.

So true Patricia Feager, MBA, CRS, GRI,MRP .  I just had to stop to get the photo.  It must get great sun there for I did not see any other flowers in the surrounding neighborhood.

More to follow Dörte Engel ! Which is the good thing.

Hi Gloria Todor - There is something special about seeing the first signs of spring. Thank you for sharing!  I needed to see that.

Normally Sedona has spring start around the beginning of February. Right now...we still have some snow on the ground from last week's huge winter storm.

Sheri Sperry - MCNE® gosh you still have snow!  We are expecting more tomorrow.  Spring will be very welcomed.

Thanks for stopping by Roy Kelley
