Delaware County, Pennsylvania Real Estate Blog: A Thank You To Past Clients

A Thank You To Past Clients

Thank youWe have been in the real estate business since 2004 and have helped many people buy and sell real estate.   Each transaction had its own unique situation and often had opportunities for us to learn something new.   With every buyer and seller we worked with, we made ourselves readily available, we provided guidance along the way and did our very best with every situation.

We know some people found us on line, maybe liked our photo or liked what they read in our bios, or we were the first to respond to their request for information on a particular house.   However buyers and sellers find us we are always grateful for the opportunity and privilege of helping people in their time of need. Usually these periods of working with a buyer and a seller can be hard and we do our best to diffuse the stress and bring people along the process. We become a unit working closely together with our buyers and sellers over a period of time and then it is over once the closing happens.

 Thank you

As we drive around the county we will pass houses where we had dealings with past clients, either showing houses or houses that we actually listed for a seller or helped a buyer purchase, and we always think of these people and wonder how they are doing.   Many people we are still in touch with and are grateful they are open to our continued communications. Some people have become our friends.

We are very thankful for all who have used our services.  We are also very thankful for those who have used our services more than once and have referred us to family members and to friends.  If it were not for all of you we would not be in business, so Thank You Past Clients for choosing us as your agents!!

I cannot imagine not including our clients in our 10-day thankfulness and gratitude posts.  Where would we be without them?  Like you, many of my clients are now friends.

Hi Gloria - indeed we're grateful for our clients; without them we'd be nowhere.

Gloria reading your post I am so amazed that having been in the highs and lows a few times you get it, there are others who do not. It is  always about the clients and indeed some became friends others did not. Reminds me of AR some we get close to others we do not, Endre
