Doug and Gloria,
This sounds like a great community holiday event. If you go take pictures to share. Enjoy.
Doug and Gloria, I love festival of lights experiences. I have also seen very meaningful services/experiences where folks remember loved ones they have lost in the last year. Thanks for informing folks about this. On a side not, I was looking through new cards and noticed I have a card of you guys. We must have met at Rain camp. I am sorry I did not remember that connection earlier. Do you remember meeting me there or was it somewhere else? Have a great day.
Cal
Hi Michele, It is a great event. Not sure I can make the actual lighting event, but I always enjoy visitng this park during this time of year! So much fun when snow is falling. Thanks for stopping by!
Gloria
Hi Cal, That would be a great event to have where loved ones are remembered. I like that idea. Thanks. Yes we met at Rain Camp Philly. I was there, not Doug. Since your name is not too far off from mine and you are not too far from Delaware County, I guess I just had to introduce myself. There were many people there that day. If I recall correctly, I introduced myself at the end of RC as we were all parting. Business cards are a good thing.
You take care Cal.

So you weren't there for the Festival of Lights, huh? It was great to meet you two!
As much as I like all the colored lights I usually skip the festivals because I just don't enjoy the crowds. If only someone would have a festival of lights just for me. LOL
Doug & Gloria,
This time of year is so great with all the light displays in town. One of the favorite things my wife and I like to do is drive around Christmas Eve and look at the lights people put up on their homes. Thanks for forwarding this event for those looking for super light displays in Media!
