Wow, Doug and Gloria - I'm impressed with the very short days on market for your Nether Providence real estate market. Is that a typical spring market for you?
Juli, You know I'm amazed at the average days on market when I do these report for most towns in Delaware County. This is common. Averarge for the whole Delaware County was 109 days for the first quarter. Of course there are those that have not sold and are out there for a long time.
