Needs A Little TLC - Some Cosmetic Work - Are you sure?
Sometimes words do not convey the true condition of a house that is for sale, nor do pictures. That is why you must visit a house more than once before buying and have a home inspection and if necessary adjust the price of your offer based on the gathered information from your visits and input from professionals. If you go into a situation without the guidance of a professional you may just end up with more than you can handle.

Gloria - The phrase "The Money Pit" has been a working part of my vocabulary since I saw the movie years ago especially because I live in a 109 year old house. The scene when the bathtub falls through the floor had me laughing so hard I rolled off the couch. Thanks for finding this video that brought a smile.
Suzanne, You are welcome. It made me laugh quite a lot too. I bet you have a few stories to tell.

I love those words a little TLC...to me it says get an inspector now! LOL. An oldy but a goody is the house has great bones. In some cases that is all that is salvageable on the home. and yes The Money Pit was sooo very funny especially to a Realtor.
I've been fortunate that I never bought a money pit quite like The Money Pit.
Very lucky!
Thanks for stopping by Russel!
