Sunny fast asleep during one of her many naps in the daytime. I guess the lights were too bright when she first settled down in her bed by the space heater!

So cute!! And yes - that cat knows how to block out that pesky light so the nap can go on!!
What a sweet kitty! They sure do know how to find a way to sleep no matter what, don't they?
Doug and Gloria...Oh how sweet is that precious kitten. Looks very content in her bed, and covering her eyes to keeo out the light...kind of like most humans..:)
Hi Doug and Gloria ~ I love how cats curl up to fit whatever space they're in. Adorable!
Liz
Doug and Gloria-What a comfortable looking photo. I wish I could take afternoon naps!
Nancy, she is a cutie!
Jim, cats just love to curl up in tight spots.
Chris, so true! Great nappers!
Rebecca, Sunny is actually 13ish, I rescued her from an abusive situation around 12 years ago, but she is still very active when she is not sleeping!
Liz, I think it's so cute when she sleeps like this.
Ellie, I'm with you, siestas can recharge our batteries!

Nothiing like curling up and taking a catnap!
If only I were that flexible! Lights or no lights that really looks comfy.
Mike, catnaps are great!
Sharon, yes very flexible!
Take care, Gloria
She has a little black pad amongs her pink ones. My Zoey the Cool Cat is just the opposite, with one pink pad amongst her black ones.

Have you allowed Sunny to play with all the other ActiveRain kitties?
You should also join the ActiveRain Nature Station group and post pictures of Mother and Father Nature's finest there, too.
There are also groups for cat lovers:
There are also two pet groups that I like:
Hi Russel, Yes Sunny has been playing with all the other Active Rain Kitties she is number 32. Thanks for the invite!
I'll have to check out the other groups - thanks for the heads up!
Interesting you noticed her black mark and your kitties are the opposite! ----Gloria
Doug and Gloria, cats are really smart about life strategies! Looks like he's having a great nap.
Pat, yes cats just take care of themselves no matter what. ---Gloria
