Probably cuts down on painting and a lot of other maintenance ... just fertilize and water it!

Oh my goodness - I can almost see the numbers on the calculator going crazy while computing the cost of repairs from the damage.

Wow, I'm wondering if there is a gem behind all that greenery?  Is this an old house?  I love old homes and greenery but it is a little overkill.

Jenny, It is a very battered and weathered old farmhouse.  Places like this always seem to hold a gem of a story.
