Thank you all for your responses!  This is our first post in this group and what fun!
I forgot to mention that this photo was taken on a back road somewhere in the Eastern Shore of Maryland.  We were driving along in the countryside and there was this sign.  We had to stop since it made us both laugh.  And yes unfortunately it is an outright invitation to those who have nothing better to do.  Glad you got a laugh out of it like us.    Gloria
