Swarthmore, Pennsylvania is a college town located in Delaware County which is just southwest of Philadelphia. Swarthmore College is the school that gives this borough it's flavor and adds to its beauty. Briarcliff, not to be confused with the Briarcliffe section in Darby Township, is a single building with 77 condominiums located in Swarthmore just off of Route 320 Chester Road in Ridley Township. It is a single 6 story building with parking on the first level and the condominium units on the 5 stories above. Briarcliff was built in 1969 and has units that range in size from one bedroom with one full bathroom to three bedroom units with two full bathrooms. Each unit has its own private balcony for those times when one needs to sit outside. Every floor has a shared laundry room and a trash chute. Each unit has a private storage space which is on the lower level below the parking level. On the same level is a large recreational room with a fully equipped kitchen for large family gatherings and parties.
A few of the things the Association Fee covers are; many of the utilities, care of the Common Areas, snow removal, Security and use of the in-ground pool for you and your guests during those really hot summer days. The building is a secured building. No pets are allowed in this community.
