Tyler Arboretum Two Hour Nature Walk For Adults With Naturalist - Fall 2010

Tyler Arboretum Two Hour Nature Walk For Adults With Naturalist - Fall 2010

Tyler ArboretumSaturday November 13, 2010 10 AM to 12 Noon - "Critter Hunt For Grown-Ups"

If you are a curious adult and want to get closer to the wondrous world of insects and plants, treat yourself to a few hours on Saturday November 13th from 10 AM to 12 Noon.  During these two hours you can hike the trails of Tyler Arboretum with local ecologist and naturalist Steve Tessler and other curious adults to find the hidden treasures in the world of nature.  Often these creatures and plants can be over looked if one does not know where to look or one does not really even know what they are looking at.

This nature walk is a fun way to learn what may be right under your nose and feet in Delaware County in the wonderful setting of Tyler Arboretum.  Tyler is a gem of a place and offers many hiking trails to explore the outdoors.  The fall is a changing time for nature yet many things are still alive and can offer much for those who are curious and wanting to see the wonders of nature.

Because this is a walk outdoors it is recommended by the Arboretum, that you use insect repellent.  Make sure to listen to the weather report before this event to have the appropriate outerwear for that given day.  The morning weather is sure to be cool.  Wear hiking boots or shoes that are good for walking on uneven and wet trails.

No registration is required.  No event fee. Admission fee only.
