These communities range in style from condos, to townhouses, to one-story ranch houses, to two story single carriage houses. Delaware County pretty much has all these style houses covered. There is a wide range in prices to purchase a home in one of these communities. At this time prices can range from just around $20,000 to just under around $990,000 for a house located in an age restricted community.
Many of these communities are located close to Public Transportation and shopping areas.
Association Fees vary in price and what is covered. One of the main benefits of Association Fees are the snow and leaf removal and sometimes fees will include utilities.
If you are a pet owner, make sure you find out which community allows pets. Some may allow dogs, but may have a weight restriction.
